Important Terms & Conditions: No application form is necessary to start the booking process. T&C are as stated throughout this web site. As per previous Italian events in past years, once the booking is confirmed there is nil guaranteed cancellation refunds, albeit in fact almost everyone who cancelled up to a few days before previous events were given a refund, as we had a very long waiting list of people to replace cancellations. In any case, if you cancel a confirmed booking, we can guarantee that neither us nor the resort will charge any fees to change your name if someone else takes your place. Please note that no refund will be issued IN ANY CASE for partly paid bookings. The tourist tax payable by each individual directly to the hotel, which collects it on behalf of the local council, is currently about £ 1.30 to £ 1.50 per person per day (depending on exchange rate). - Before booking, please read all the informations and T&Cs contained within this page and the EVENT OUTLINE page of our web site. Then simply email us your enquiry on jive@jivetime.co.uk or phone us on 01494 — 727 344 for availability. Once we agree your booking based on availability and gender balance, you will be asked to pay £ 200 deposit per person into our bank account number 22841264, Sort Code: 04-00-03, Payee: JiveTime (your bank will say that you are paying Francesco Gareddu, that is OK), Reference: your full name. Please send us an email confirming that you have paid your £ 200 deposit per person.
- Please let us have the names of everyone in your party and please state each person's place and date of birth. Under Italian law, by passing this information to the resort prior to your arrival they will not request your passport at check-in, which makes up for a faster and safer check-in. We will not pass any other information to the hotel. Please state what accommodation (single, double, twin) you wish to book.
For your convenience, we list below a non-exhaustive list, in no particular order, of current flights to Olbia and Alghero for information only (we are not recommending you to book any specific flights and we are not resposible for the performance of any airlines, their flights and/or any matters associated with the flights you book). You might also wish to know that Alghero airport is the closest to the resort. Please DO NOT book any flights untill you book your room with us and we confirm in writing that a room has been booked for you. We'll provide local transfers between aiport/hotel/airport at a capped £ 10 each way on a limited numbers of dedicated coaches, therefore please check with us before you book your flight, as if this is not covered by our coaches you would have to make your transfer arrangement at your own cost:

5. BA (from Heathrow), TUI (from Gatwick) and other airlines (from various UK's airports) also normally provide flights to either Olbia or Alghero Outbound 4 June - Inbound 11 June. However, at the time of writing this page, these airlines have not yet published their 2024 dates and we do not know if they will.
Important: Please note that the above flights times were published when this page was created or updated from time to time. However, flight times can change at the airlines' discretion at any time, the airlines' do not inform us directly and so the above flight times might not reflect the latest flight times the airlines might have published on their websites. If the above flight times differ from the the flight times published on the airlines' website, you should consider correct the flight times advertised by the airlines, not the above flight times.
If anyone has difficulty making their own flight booking, we will help with this process on the phone and pay for flight tickets using your own credit card.
Please note that in any case your hold luggage must not exceed 25Kg per person unless previously agreed by us in exceptional circumstances, this is due to the limited space available in the coaches' hold providing the free transfers.
Our aim is to organise a cultural holiday to Italy with some time spent on excursions away from the Hotel to see places. You will have time to yourself to spend relaxing in the Hotel, maybe by the pool or by exploring the nearby places at your own pace. There will be evening dance workshops and freestyle dancing every night until late. Preferably, bookings should be gender balanced. Non gender balanced bookings will be considered depending on how many people of either gender have already booked. Please note that we reserve the right to change the programme at our own descretion if the need arises at any time.
